Sounders FC Preseason Update from Camp in Marbella, Spain

MARBELLA, SPAIN - With Sounders FC's 2024 preseason continuing this week from Marbella, Spain, the club prepares for its first preseason friendly on Wednesday, January 31 against Serbian side TSC Bačka Topola (6:00 a.m. PT). As previously announced, the Rave Green are training in Spain from January 26 - February 10 before returning to Seattle to complete preparations for the 2024 campaign. Assets from the club's opening days at preseason camp are available for media use, including a full preseason roster, training photos and video soundbytes featuring Sounders FC players and coaches.

Brian Schmetzer's side is set to play three preseason friendlies in Marbella, starting with Wednesday's match against FK TSC Bačka Topola on Wednesday, January 31 (6:00 a.m PT). The Rave Green then face IFK Norrköping of Sweden on Sunday, February 4 (3:30 a.m. PT) before playing Odense BK of Denmark on Friday, February 9 (4:00 a.m. PT). Upon its return to Seattle, the club plays its final friendly of the 2024 preseason against USL Championship side Sacramento Republic FC on Saturday, February 17 (10:00 a.m. PT).

2024 PRESEASON MATCH SCHEDULE

January 31: Sounders FC vs. FK TSC Bačka Topola (6:00 a.m. PT)

February 4: Sounders FC vs. IFK Norrköping (3:30 a.m. PT)

February 9: Sounders FC vs. Odense BK (4:00 a.m. PT)

February 17: Sounders FC vs. Sacramento Republic FC (10:00 a.m. PT)

NOTE: All dates and times are subject to change. Preseason matches may be added at any time.

Please note that not all players listed on the full preseason roster are present with the club at all times due to scheduling matters, international duty, injuries or other unspecified reasons.

Seattle opens its 2024 MLS campaign vs. LAFC on Saturday, February 24 at BMO Stadium (1:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, FOX, iHeartMedia Seattle, El Rey 1360 AM). The Rave Green's home opener on the Emerald Queen Casino Pitch at Lumen Field then follows on Saturday, March 2 against Austin FC (7:30 p.m. PT / Apple TV, iHeartMedia Seattle, El Rey 1360 AM).
