Seattle Sounders FC News Release
SEATTLE, WASH. - Sounders FC led all Major League Soccer clubs with four players among the top 25 best-selling adidas MLS jerseys in 2020 on MLSstore.com, the league announced today. Jordan Morris came in as the top-selling Seattle player at fourth in MLS, while Raúl RuidÃÂaz (eighth), Nicolás Lodeiro (15th) and Cristian Roldan (24th) all ranked in the top 25. This marks the third time in four seasons that Seattle has held the highest number of players on this list, with a league-best six players represented in 2017.

The rankings are based on overall retail sales of adidas MLS jerseys on MLSstore.com since the beginning of 2020. LAFC's Carlos Vela leads the list, followed by the LA Galaxy's Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez and Atlanta United's Josef Martinez at second and third, respectively. Overall, 10 different countries among 13 different MLS clubs are represented within the top 25 jerseys.
This season's placement marks the fourth time Morris has ranked in the top 10 in his career, and third time in the top 5 (fourth in both 2016 and 2017, seventh in 2019). Lodeiro previously ranked 10th in both 2017 and 2019, while Roldan makes the list for the fourth consecutive season after finishing 22nd in 2017 and 2018 and 14th in 2019. RuidÃÂaz, who signed with Seattle in the summer of 2018, marks his second consecutive season with a best-selling jersey, having ranked 12th in 2019 before moving up to eighth this season.
Having claimed the Western Conference's second seed following Sunday's Decision Day results, Sounders FC is set to face seventh seed LAFC in Round One of the Audi 2020 MLS Cup Playoffs. The Rave Green host LAFC at CenturyLink Field on Tuesday, November 24 (7:30 p.m. PT / ESPN, ESPN Deportes, 950 KJR AM, El Rey 1360 AM) in the final match of opening round postseason action.
