
Sound Tigers Announce New Ticket Packages

BRIDGEPORT, CT â The American Hockey League's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, top affiliate of the National Hockey League's New York Islanders, have announced their new ticket packages for the 2004-05 season. The Sound Tigers offer full-season packages, partial plans, group discounts and birthday celebrations.
In addition to guaranteed seating for all games, full-season packages include up to a 25% savings off box office prices, first option to renew and add seats for the Calder Cup Playoffs and 2005-06, unused ticket exchange, exclusive "Meet and Greet" on the Port Jeff Ferry and other invitation-only team events, the "Tiger Talk" newsletter, a referral-rewards program and discounts on merchandise at the Sound Tigers Team Store.
20-Game Championship Weekend and MVP Weekday Plans feature guaranteed seating, savings off box office prices, the "Tiger Talk" newsletter, Calder Cup Playoff ticket priority and invitation-only team events.
Ten-Game Saturday and Sunday Plans feature convenient schedules and guaranteed seating with ticket prices starting at $12.50. Ten-Game Corporate Pick âEm Plans offer the same benefits as Saturday and Sunday packages with the opportunity to choose from a list of 20 great weekday games.
The Six-Game Intro Plan offers guaranteed seating and a Sound Tigers / Islanders Appreciation hat with ticket prices starting at $16 for games during the first half of the season.
Groups of ten or more adults receive a discount of up to 25% off box office prices, preferred seating, no service charge on tickets and recognition on the video boards and public address system. The Sound Tigers also have programs in which youth-hockey groups can play at Bridgeport's Arena at Harbor Yard before a Sound Tigers game or during an intermission. Community and charitable organizations can raise funds for their group through the sale of Sound Tigers tickets as well.
Birthday celebrations include preferred seating, a special gift from the Sound Tigers and the birthday child's name in lights on the scoreboard.
