
Sobotka Is First RiverKings' Call-Up

SOUTHAVEN, Miss. -- Mississippi RiverKings Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations Derek Landmesser announced Friday that defenseman Daniel Sobotka has been called up by the St. Charles Chill of the Central Hockey League.
Sobotka, 21, appeared in 15 games for the RiverKings in his rookie season and first in North America. The Prague, Czech Republic native recorded three goals and four assists along with 25 penalty minutes with the RiverKings.
The RiverKings hit the ice tonight as they take on the Huntsville Havoc. The puck drops at 7:05 p.m. and tickets are available through the Landers Center Box Office or online at ticketmaster.com.
