Knoxville Smokies News Release
CHATTANOOGA, Ten. - Torrential rain wiped out any plans the Smokies and Lookouts had of playing Saturday night at AT&T Field.
Tennessee (16-15) and Chattanooga (15-19) are scheduled to play a doubleheader on Monday night. The games will both be seven innings each with a 30-minute break between contests. The Lookouts host the Smokies Sunday afternoon at 2:15 pm as already scheduled.
Tennessee returns to Smokies Park on Thursday to face the Birmingham Barons. The Barons are the AA-affiliate of the Chicago White Sox. The home stand will last May 21-30 with four doubleheaders scheduled during that span, and will consist of 14 games in ten days. Tickets can be purchased by calling (865) 286-2300 or by visiting smokiesbaseball.com.
