
Skyforce Acquires Russell Carter

Sioux Falls Skyforce News Release
Sioux Falls, S.D. - The Sioux Falls Skyforce announced today the acquisition of guard Russell Carter. He is expected to be in uniform for the home game tomorrow night against the Iowa Energy and will wear No. 19.
The 6-4, 220-pound guard averaged 10.1 points and 3.6 rebounds in four seasons for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He was named First Team All-BIG EAST and was also named to the BIG EAST All-Tournament Team his senior season after averaging a career-high 17.1 points to go along with 4.9 rebounds.
Carter participated in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament following his senior season and was named to the All-Tournament Team. The P.I.T. is the only tournament for college seniors to participate in and be evaluated by the NBA prior to the NBA's pre-draft camp in Orlando.
