
SkyChiefs to Host Challenger Little League

SYRACUSE (NY) - The Syracuse SkyChiefs announced that the District 8 Challenger Little League will be playing at Alliance Bank Stadium on Wednesday August 2nd at 6:00 PM. All six teams from the League will be showcased in the exhibition game and SkyChiefs players Wayne Lydon, Sergio Santos and Ryan Houston will be on hand for the event.
The Challenger Division was established in 1989 as a separate division of Little League Baseball to enable boys and girls with physical and mental disabilities, ages 5-18 (or until the completion of high school), to enjoy the game of baseball along with the millions of other children who participate in the sport worldwide.
