Colorado Springs Sky Sox News Release

The Sky Sox series opener Monday evening in Round Rock, Texas, has been postponed because of inclement weather. The game will be made up Tuesday as part of a doubleheader against the Round Rock Express with the first game starting at 4:05 p.m. MDT. Both games will be seven innings.

Monday's game was scheduled for 6:05 p.m., but at 5:30 p.m. the tarp covered the field. The game entered a delay at the scheduled game time and was officially postponed at 7:30 p.m.

LHP Yohan Flande was scheduled to make his Sky Sox debut Monday evening and will start game two of Tuesday's doubleheader.

RHP Tyler Chatwood will still make his Major League rehab start Tuesday and will throw game one of the doubleheader.

Chatwood was placed on the 15-day disabled list by the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday, April 2nd (retroactive to March 28).
