Jeff Skinner scored three power play goals to lead the Kitchener Rangers to a 4-0 win over the Erie Otters.

Skinner opened up scoring with a power play goal at the 14:06 mark of the first period to put the Rangers up 1-0.

Skinner scored his second of the night off a feed from Chris MacKinnon at the 5:23 mark of the second period. Jeremy Morin beat Otters netminder Shane Owen through the five-hole to increase the Rangers lead 3-0 by the end of 40-minutes of play.

Skinner closed out the game with his third goal to give Kitchener a 4-0 win. Brandon Maxwell was exceptional in the Rangers net as he turned aside 36 shots to pick up his first OHL shutout.

The Rangers return to The Aud Sunday, November 1st to face the Sarnia Sting. Game time is 7:30pm.
