AMARILLO, TX - The Gorillas are offering an opportunity to come out to the Amarillo Civic Center and skate with the team on Sunday, December 18th from 4-5 pm.
The skate will give fans the opportunity to meet the players, share the ice with some of their favorite Gorillas and get autographs. The event is available to season-ticket holders for just $5 and is only $10 for non-season-ticket holders. Don't miss out!
Coming off a 2-1 edging of Odessa at The Jungle Sunday, Amarillo sits in third place in the Southwest Division with a 7-10-2 record for 16 points. Odessa holds control of first place with a 12-7-3 record for 27 points while Lubbock remains in the second spot with 25 points and a 12-10-1 mark. The Gorillas hold at least three games in hand on both of their division mates.
The Gorillas and Jackalopes continue their rivalry next Friday, December 16th, at The Jungle. Amarillo Gorillas Hockey Presented by NewsChannel 10 will be broadcast on 1440 AM The Score with Gorillas Pre-Game set to begin at 6:45 pm Friday evening. The game will also be available at www.amarillogorillas.com and on CHLTV (www.chltv.com).
On Friday, the Texas Lottery Commission brings you an opportunity to win lottery tickets. Then, Rico Aviation presents a Christmas party at The Jungle on the Saturday, December 17th. The Gorillas will wear special holiday jerseys to be auctioned off after the game. Both contests begin at 7 pm.
Great seats are still available to all upcoming home games! Tickets for Gorillas games can be purchased at the Gorillas Hockey Office, located at 1934 Civic Circle off of I-40 and Georgia, the Civic Center Box Office and all Panhandle Ticket Outlets.
