Tied into the tenth frame the Storm moved ahead on Luis Torrens RBI double but the Sixers answered with a run in the bottom of the inning when Jo Adell smacked a RBI double. The game moved to the 11th and Storm SS Kelvin Melean's sac bunt moved automatic runner Baker to third. Max Cordy (2-2) then tossed a wild pitch to bring home Baker and a 4-3 lead. In the bottom of the 11th the 66ers had runners at first and second and no outs but two-time Cal League All-Star Colby Blueberg (2-0) struck out the side to end the game.
