Six Special Nights Added To Home Schedule

SAN DIEGO - How would you like to win a brand new Volkswagen Beetle, while supporting your local Ronald McDonald's House Charity? Well starting Saturday, the San Diego Gulls and McDonalds are making that possible.
The Gulls, McDonald's and RMHC announced a new partnership and are teaming up for six special nights throughout the remainder of San Diego's home schedule. During each of these upcoming games (listed below), fans will have their chance to win three prize packages. At the last "McDonald's Night," one lucky fan will drive away in a 2003 Volkswagen Beetle, donated by Miramar Volkswagen/Audi.
But the only way to win these "Ultimate Family Pack Giveaway" items is by picking up an entry form at your local San Diego McDonald's. Each of the 119 area McDonald's locations will carry discount coupons to Gulls games, with the entry form on the back.
Presenting these coupons/entry forms at the Sports Arena Box Office will get you $3 off the regular $11 terrace seating ticket price. And it will also enter you in the "Ultimate Family Pack Giveaway." Entry forms from each "McDonald's Night" game will be automatically entered in the April 6 grand prize drawing of the Volkswagen Beetle. The more "McDonald's Night" games you attend, the greater your chance of winning!
Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego will receive $2.50 with every "McDonald's Night" ticket purchased. Ronald McDonald House is a nationwide charity, reaching out to underprivileged children and families.
"The San Diego Ronald McDonald House opened 20 years ago because dedicated, compassionate people worked together to help children and families in our community," said Annette Eros, RMHC-SD executive director. "We believe the partnership with the San Diego Gulls is a win-win situation...we're working with them to bring fun, dynamic evenings to families, all while benefiting the charity."
Fans will also have their opportunity to bid on special game-worn Gulls/Ronald McDonald House team jerseys, which the players will wear for each of the six games. Proceeds will also go to the RMHC-SD.
