
Six Reign FC Players Called in for International Duty

TACOMA, WASH. - Six Reign FC players have been called in to represent their countries during the November FIFA international break. Four players will take part in international friendlies, while two will take part in the Yongchuan International Tournament in China.
Goalkeeper Lydia Williams and defender Steph Catley have been called in by Australia for a pair of upcoming friendlies against Chile. The Matildas will face Chile at Bankwest Stadium in Parramatta, Australia on Friday, November 8 at 8 p.m. PT. Australia will play Chile a second time at Coopers Stadium in Adelaide on Tuesday, November 12 at 12:30 a.m. PT.
Midfielder Allie Long has been called in by former Reign FC head coach Vlatko Andonovski in the coach's first camp as U.S. Women's National Team manager. The U.S. will play a friendly against Sweden at MAPFRE Stadium in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday, November 7 at 4:30 p.m. PT. The U.S. will then travel to Jacksonville, Florida for a match against Costa Rica on Sunday, November 10 at TIAA Bank Stadium at 5:00 p.m. PT.
Forward Jodie Taylor has been called in by England for a pair of friendlies against Germany and the Czech Republic. The Lionesses will face Germany at Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday, November 9 at 9:30 a.m. PT, before travelling to face the Czech Republic at the Stadion Stà â¢elecký ostrov in ÃÅeské BudÃâ¢jovice on Tuesday, November 12 at 11:15 a.m. PT.
Midfielder Rebecca Quinn has been called in by the Canadian Women's National Team to take part in the Yongchuan International Tournament in Chongqing, China. Canada will face Brazil on Thursday, November 7 at 12:00 a.m. PT, before playing either New Zealand or China on Sunday, November 10.
Midfielder Rosie White, meanwhile, will represent New Zealand at the Yongchuan International Tournament, playing host nation China on Thursday, November 7 at 3:30 a.m. PT, before facing either Canada or Brazil on Sunday, November 10. All matches of the tournament will be played at the Yongchuan Sports Center in Chongqing.
