Silvertips to Pick 10th, 20th in 2023 Prospects Draft

Calgary, Alta. - The Western Hockey League has finalized the draft order for both the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft, with the Everett Silvertips owning two picks in the first round at 10th and 20th overall.
The 2023 WHL Prospects Draft is scheduled for Thursday, May 11, 2023, with first-round coverage streaming on WHL Live.

The Silvertips' pick from Kamloops was acquired on Jan. 8, 2023 in a deal that sent Ryan Hofer and Olen Zellweger to the Blazers. Everett also picked up Kamloops' second- and fourth-round picks in the upcoming draft as part of the trade.
Players eligible for the 2023 WHL Prospects Draft will be 2008-born players who reside in Alberta, B.C., Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
Everett will also pick 10th and 32nd overall in the 2023 U.S. Priority Draft, to be held on Wednesday, May 10.
