Everett Silvertips News Release
The Everett Silvertips are currently fighting for the top spot in the U.S. Division in the WHL with a record of 23-17-7-1 record. The Tips' are also enjoying a 4-game winning streak which is their longest winning streak of the season. Everett Head Coach Kevin Constantine is enjoying the success of the first year hockey club but might pay a price after tonight's game at the Everett Events Center.
Coach Constantine spoke to the players early in the season and mentioned if the club won 5 straight games he would shave his head. Constantine confirmed the act yesterday with "The Fish" Jeff Aaron on North South 1380. "If those little guys pull it off, I will have my head shaved at center ice after the game," stated Constantine.
The Silvertips battle the Seattle Thunderbirds tonight at 7:05 p.m. at the Everett Events Center. For tickets contact the Silvertips office at 425-252-5100.
