Allen, TX - The Dallas Sidekicks gave fans a sweet treat at home on Valentine's day with a 8-7 win over Southwest Division rivals the Monterrey Flash in regular season play Thursday evening. This is the first time since 2004 the Sidekicks have beaten the franchise. The Sidekicks' dominated the first, second, and fourth quarters of this game with players like TJ Nelson and Mike Jones not only excelling in defense but scoring as well. The Flash couldn't seem to get things to work together. The Sidekicks capitalized on the Flash's mistakes and ultimately walked away with their first win against the Flash.
The Sidekicks' next regular season game is on the road against the RGV Barracudas on Feb. 17th at 5.35 PM CT at the State Farm Arena in Hidalgo, TX. Fans can watch the game on MASL.tv or stay tuned to the Sidekicks' social media pages for updates.
