
Shock playoff tickets on sale to public on July 26th

July 25, 2006- Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that playoff tickets will go on sale to the general public on July 26, 2006 at 10 AM. With a victory over the Everett Hawks last weekend, the Shock have secured home field advantage throughout the playoffs.
The Western Division Champion Shock are currently the top-rated team in the country and have earned a first-round bye. The team will host a second round play-off game on Saturday August 12th at the Spokane Arena with a 7 PM kick-off.
The Shock will then host the Conference Championship, provided they win in the second round, at the Spokane Arena on August 19th at 7PM. With a Shock win, tickets for this game will go on sale on the on August 13th at 10 AM.
Tickets can be purchased by calling TicketsWest at 509 325-SEAT, or by visiting the Spokane Arena Box Office. Ticket prices will remain the same as the regular season prices ranging from $6-$50.
"We are thrilled to host our playoff games at home and extend the season for our fans," Spokane Shock General Manager Adam Nebeker said. "Our fans give our team a tremendous advantage and we hope to pack the Arena for the playoff games just like we have all year long!"
The ArenaCup, the Championship game of the af2, will be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico on August 26th and will feature the winners of the American and National Conference Championship games.
The Shock are on the road this week for their final road game of the regular season deep in the heart of Texas as they square off against the Rio Grande Valley Dorados. The action can be heard on 105.7 THE BUZZARD with the voice of the Spokane Shock, Larry Weir starting at 5:30 PM PST.
