Spokane Shock News Release

June 12, 2008 - Spokane, WA: The Spokane Shock announced today that DB Bryan Jarrett has been added to their roster.

Jarrett, 6'0" 210, wrapped up his collegiate career at Eastern Washington University in 2007. His senior season, Jarrett finished second on the team in tackles (91), collected two interceptions, and broke up seven passes. In 2005, Jarrett was named 1st Team All-Big Sky and was named 2nd Team All-Big Sky his senior season.

"I'm sure many Eastern fans will remember Bryan," Head Coach Adam Shackleford said. "He put up some quality numbers as an Eagle and he has earned an opportunity to replicate those numbers in the indoor game at the professional level with the Shock."

Jarrett is now the third Eagle on the 2008 Shock roster, joining WR Raul Vijil and OL/DL Harrison Nikolao. He is not expected to play this weekend as the Shock take on the Tri-Cities Fever in Kennewick this Saturday night.

The undefeated Shock will return home on June 21st as they host the South Georgia Wildcats. Some tickets still remain for the game and can be purchased by contacting TicketsWest.
