Sgt. Slaughter to Appear for BoulderBird's Birthday

(POMONA, NY) - Wrestling legend, and WWE Hall of Famer, Sgt. Slaughter will appear at the Rockland Boulders game on Saturday, June 18 as they host the Shikoku Island League (Japan) All-Stars. Slaughter will be on-hand beginning at 5:30pm to meet and sign autographs with fans while also helping to celebrate BoulderBird's birthday!

All fans who have a ticket to the game will be eligible for one (1) free autograph and photo opportunity with Sgt. Slaughter on the concourse. Fans can purchase additional autographs at $10 each while those attend will be eligible to purchase a special 4-pack of tickets to the "Rumble in Rockland", a live pro wrestling event featuring Mick Foley, Ric Flair, and more, on July 30 at Palisades Credit Union Park.

The day begins with the PEAK Pre-Game Party, featuring the band "CRUSH" who will perform to benefit the United Hospice of Rockland County. The concert is free with a paid admission to the game and begins at 4:30pm, two hours before the scheduled first pitch.

The first 1,000 fans into the ballpark on Saturday will receive a commemorative flag, honoring the series between the Boulders and the Shikoku Island League. It is also BoulderBird's birthday with mascots from area high schools, colleges, professional sports teams and more will be on hand to celebrate the 6th birthday of everyone's favorite mascot!
