Seven selections for the Alouettes

Montreal, Apr. 26, 2005 - Montreal Alouettes Vice-President and General Manager Jim Popp and Assistant General Manager Marcel Desjardins are ready for the 2005 CFL Draft which will be held this Thursday, Apr. 28 at 11:30 a.m.

The Alouettes will have a total of seven selections in the six rounds of the draft, including three in the second round. The experts will have to keep an eye on the Alouettes until the very end, as the team boasts 24 Canadian draft picks on its current roster including 14 who were selected directly by the Alouettes and three who were sixth-round picks, namely Michael Botterill, Dave Stala and Landon White.
