EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Trapper Baseball Club announced today that right-handed pitcher Seung Song has been selected to the World Team for the fifth annual RadioShack All-Star Futures Game. Song will be joined on the World Team by fellow Expos' farmhand Shawn Hill. The right-handed pitcher is currently playing for Single-A Brevard County and hails from Mississauga, Ontario. Also joining Song on the World Team's pitching staff is Victoria, B.C. native Rich Harden, who is currently pitching for the PCL's Sacramento River Cats.

Song, 22, is 2-0, 1.64 (11.0 IP - 2 ER) in two starts with the Trappers. He was traded, along with right-handed pitcher Sun Woo Kim, to the Montreal Expos on July 30, 2002 in exchange for outfielder Cliff Floyd. Song split the 2002 season between Double-A Trenton, where he was 7-7, 4.39 (108.2 IP - 53 ER) in 21 starts and Harrisburg, where he went 0-0, 0.00 (5.0 IP - 0 ER) in one start.
