WINSTON-SALEM, NC (SEPTEMBER 2, 2011) - The Winston-Salem Dash announced today that LHP Joe Serafin has been sent to Winston-Salem from AAA Charlotte. In a corresponding roster move, RHP Orlando Santos (eye) has been placed on the disabled list.
