Lynx Notes

Sylvia Fowles registered her 11th double-double of the season (17th career) with 15 points and 17 rebounds.

Tonight marked Fowles' 186th game in a Minnesota Lynx uniform, moving her into seventh place on the Lynx all-time games played list.

For the second-straight game Kayla McBride led the Lynx in scoring with 17 points, connecting on three shots from beyond the arc. This marks her seventh game of the season with at least three triples. She finished the night with six rebounds, two assists and one steal.

In 17:47 minutes off the bench, Aerial Powers registered 13 points and shot a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line. She added two rebounds, two assists and one steal. Since her return, she has scored in double-digits in three of her four games played.

In her second consecutive start, Crystal Dangerfield finished with five points, three rebounds, two assists and career-high two blocks.

Team Notes

The Minnesota Lynx now hold a 17-9 record on the season, extending their WNBA-record streak of winning seasons to 11.

Minnesota held Los Angeles to a season opponent low 31.1% (19-of-61) from the field and are now 130-4 (10-0 this season) when holding their opponent to under 40% shooting from the field, dating back to 2011. This marks back-to-back games where Minnesota has held their opponent to a new season low.

Minnesota allowed only four points from Los Angeles in the fourth quarter, marking a new season opponent low. The Lynx have held a team to four points or less in a single quarter four times in franchise history, their lowest being Atlanta's two-point fourth quarter on August 3, 2017.

The Lynx reserves bested the Sparks bench 21-12. Since the Olympic Break, the Minnesota bench has outscored their opponent's bench in six of the seven matchups.

Los Angeles Notes

Nneka Ogwumike tallied 16 points and 10 rebounds, accounting for her first double-double of the season.
