The Harrisburg Senators were blanked 10-0 by the Somerset Patriots Saturday night in front of 5,399 fans at FNB Field. Harrisburg didn't get their first hit until KJ Harrison doubled with two outs in the seventh inning. Somerset plated six runs in the third inning to break the game open.

ON CAPITAL HILL

Andrew Lee started and lasted just 2.2 innings while allowing seven runs and seven hits. Andrew allowed four home runs, three in the third inning.

Carson Teel pitched 4.1 innings, giving the Senators much needed innings and allowing just one run on two hits.

Aaron Barrett pitched the final two frames and allowed two runs, one earned while striking out two.

WITH THE GAVEL

KJ Harrison had the Sens first hit, a double off the fence in left field with two outs in the seventh.

Rhett Wiseman and Jake Alu had the other hits for the Sens, both singles.

FILIBUSTERS

The Senators struck out a season-high 16 times. Harrisburg was shut out for the 11th time in 52 games. The 5,399 fans that attended the game is a season high at FNB Field.

The Senators and Somerset Patriots play game six of their six-game series Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at FNB Field. The game can be heard on CBS Sports Radio Harrisburg 96.5FM 95.3FM and 1400AM beginning at 12:40 p.m.
