We know it's been a long time since you've seen your New York Liberty at Madison Square Garden, but the good news is the wait will be over soon enough. On Friday at 7:30PM, the Liberty return to New York to host its first home game in 10 days. The team has been traveling for the past week and is gearing up to take center-court on Friday against the San Antonio Silver Stars. These two teams met just last weekend and New York is looking to even the series. An interesting fact about this match-up is that the last time the Liberty captured a victory on the floor of The Garden against the Silver Stars was almost two years to the day -- on June 21, 2005. It will also mark the return of former Liberty players Becky Hammon and Vickie Johnson. Be there to reunite and join in on the fun of a Friday night in "The World's Most Famous Arena."

Don't forget, we'll be hosting a Toy Drive with The Garden of Dreams Foundation that evening. The first 500 fans who bring a new, unwrapped toy will receive a New York Liberty pin (one pin per person).

In case one night of excitement wasn't enough for you, the Liberty will play again at home on Sunday, June 24th against Tamika Catchings, Liberty alum Tamika Whitmore and the Indiana Fever at 4:00PM. The series is currently tied at 1-1 for these Eastern Conference rivals. Plus, the first 5,000 fans will receive a First Aid Kit, courtesy of the Hospital for Special Surgery
