Des Moines, Iowa - The Iowa Wolves (4-10) dropped their third straight contest Sunday evening, losing 115-103 to the Agua Caliente Clippers of Ontario (6-7) at Wells Fargo Arena.
Darius Johnson-Odom led the way offensively for the Wolves, scoring 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting from the field.
Keita Bates-Diop finished with his fourth NBA G League double-double, posting 15 points and 11 rebounds.
Trailing by as many as 26 points in the second half, Iowa's second unit brought the game back to within seven points midway through the fourth quarter before succumbing to defeat.
Marquise Moore added 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting in 13 minutes of second-half action.
Evan Smotrycz posted a new season-high, finishing with 11 points on 3-of-4 shooting from deep.
As a team the Wolves shot 49.5% for the game while allowing their opponent to shoot at a 53.5% clip.
Johnathan Motley poured in a game-high 35 points while racking up 12 rebounds in the win for Ontario. Anthony Bennett provided help off the bench for the Clippers, scoring 24 points on 9-of-13 shooting.
Iowa will finish its two-game homestand against the Stockton Kings on Thursday, Dec. 13 at 7:00 p.m. CT.
