SeaWolves Return 3 - Pete Incaviglia and Mike Caldwell will both return to the SeaWolves bench for the 2005 season. Incaviglia, a former Major League slugger, helped the SeaWolves bash over 180 home runs last season and will continue to help develop the Tigers best young offensive talent. Caldwell, a former major league pitcher, will return as pitching coach. The SeaWolves pitched very well in 2004 despite several injuries and high staff turnover. Both men were new to the Erie scene in '04. Trainer Rob Sonnenberg will also return for his second year with the SeaWolves, and it will mark his sixth season in the Detroit Tigers organization. 2004 Manager Rick Sweet has taken the managerial position with the Louisville Bats of the International League and will not return. His position has yet to be filled.
