SEATTLE - Seattle Reign FC has announced the re-signing of forward

Beverly Yanez for the 2017 season. Yanez has been with the club since 2015. Per

team and league policy, the terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Yanez appeared in all 20 matches for Seattle during the 2016

season, starting in 18. The forward tallied three goals and three assists. Her

goal in the final match of the season against the Houston Dash completed Reign

FC's comeback and helped the club maintain a perfect record against the Dash.

the Australian W-League, along with teammates Jessica Fishlock and Lauren

Barnes.

"I am thrilled to re-sign with the Reign and continue the

quest for a NWSL championship, with the same team I started my NWSL career

with," said Yanez. "I am grateful to be a part of the Reign for another season

and I will continue to work hard to be the best player I can be for the club."
