Season Ticket Refund Information

November 19, 2020 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL) - Soo Greyhounds News Release

Greyhounds fans,

The following information follow-ups a previous update made by the team for Season Ticket Holders on October 29th.

PLEASE READ PARAGRAPH BELOW:

Due to our flexibility in payment options, many season ticket holders are in different situations when it comes to the refund process. It's very important that you ONLY read the section below that applies specifically to the option you chose upon renewal.

PAID IN FULL VIA CREDIT CARD

If you paid in full via credit card for this season then you were issued a refund back onto your credit card on Friday November 13th. Many season ticket holders are wondering why the refund is not the full amount of what they originally paid at the time of renewal. The reason is because you received a partial refund on August 13th when the OHL announced this season would be 2 less games than expected. The total of the two refunds add up to the full amount paid at the time of renewal.

The GFL Memorial Gardens box office staff is in the process of issuing you an additional refund for the 2 cancelled games from last season. These refunds need to be done manually and are being worked on right now. You can expect to see this final refund in the near future.

PLACED A $75/SEAT DEPOSIT VIA CREDIT

If you placed a $75/seat deposit via credit card for this season then you were issued a refund back onto your credit card on Friday November 13th for the full value of the deposit paid.

The City of Sault Ste. Marie is in the process of issuing the cheques and it is our hope they will be made available for pick up at the GFL Memorial Gardens box office by the first week of December.
