Season Finale To Decide Division Champion

Tacoma, WA - It all comes down to the final game of the season for the Tacoma Rainiers and Colorado Springs Sky Sox. The winner of Monday's 1:30 pm game at Cheney Stadium will win the Pacific Coast League Pacific North Division and earn a birth in the PCL Pacific Conference playoffs.

The Sky Sox own an 8-7 lead in the head-to-head series with the Rainiers. The Rainiers are 2-1 against the Sky Sox during the current four-game series.

RHP Gaby Hernandez (9-9, 5.39) will start for the Rainiers. Hernandez has won four consecutive starts, earned wins in six of his last seven starts, and has not lost since July 28th. Hernandez pitched a complete game victory versus the Salt Lake Bees in his last start, September 2nd.
