
Sea Wolves shut out, shoot down Ice Pilots 1-0

BILOXI, MS - Ryan Munce made 39 saves to make Chris Cava's 1st period power-play goal stand as the winner as the Mississippi Sea Wolves beat the Pensacola Ice Pilots 1-0 at the Pensacola Civic Center.
Mississippi scored the lone goal of the game, a power-play goal at 4:06 of the first period when Chris Cava one-timed a feed from Gio Flamminio past Pensacola's Cam Ellsworth.
The Sea Wolves killed eight Pensacola power plays, including four in the third period, while Ryan Munce made 30 of his 39 saves over the last two periods of play.
