Portland Sea Dogs News Release
Portland, Maine- Thursday's (April 17th) Portland Sea Dogs game against the New Britain Rock Cats scheduled for 6:35 PM at New Britain Stadium has been postponed due to unplayable field conditions. The game will be made-up as a doubleheader on Friday, April 18th at 5:35 PM.
GAME 1 Pitching Match-up: (7-inning game)
RHP Keith Couch (2-0, 0.00) at RHP D.J. Baxendale (0-1, 5.91)
GAME 2 Pitching Match-up: (7-inning game)
LHP Mickey Pena (1-0, 3.38) at LHP Taylor Rogers (0-2, 13.50)
Radio coverage begins at 5:15 PM on the U.S. Cellular Sea Dogs Radio Network and www.seadogs.com. Coverage on MiLB.TV kicks-off at 5:25 PM. The Sea Dogs remain on the road in New Britain through Saturday, before the scheduled day off on Easter Sunday. The Dogs will then head to Binghamton to take on the Mets on a four-game set at NYSEG Stadium.
