Scrapper rally falls short in 7-5 loss

JAMESTOWN, NY- After a rain delay of one hour and one minutes, the Scrappers scored first on Saturday night in Jamestown. Lonnie Chisenhall doubled with two outs and then scored on Jeremie Tice's RBI single. The Jammers scored on the bottom of the first and then added two more in the second when Brandon Turner hit a two run home run and it was 3-1 Jammers.

The Jammers added three more in the fourth when Robert Taylor hit a three run home run and one more in the fifth and one more in the fifth and stretched the lead to 7-1

The Scrappers added their second run in the top of the sixth when Isaias Velasquez and Ramon Hernandez had back to back singles, Chisenhall walked and then Tice drove in the run with a sacrifice fly to center field and after six. In the seventh the Scrappers added three more runs, on a sacrifice fly by Ramon Hernandez, and a two RBI double by Chisenhall and after seven it was 7-5 Jammers after seven.

Both teams went scoreless in the eighth and we went to the ninth inning still 7-5 Jammers. In the ninth for the Scrappers had a one out base hit from Donnie Webb, but could not score and fell to the Jammers 7-5
