FLINT - It promises to be a very exciting week in the United Hockey League and in particular for the Flint Generals' Playing Assistant Coach, Bobby Reynolds and Captain Jim Duhart. Both players are in a battle for scoring titles against former General and current Playing Assistant Coach of the Fury, Robin Bouchard.
Heading into the final week of regular season play, Reynolds (35-74-109) trails Bouchard (52-60-112) for the overall point-scoring race in the U.H.L. Duhart and Bouchard head into the final week of action tied for the most goals (52) scored this season.
The Generals have four games remaining in the 2003-2004 regular season. Flint will host Rockford on Monday, April 5, 2004 before heading to Elmira on Wednesday, April 7th. The Generals wrap up the regular season with home games against Richmond on Friday, April 9th and Adirondack on Saturday, April 10th.
The Muskegon Fury has two games remaining and will host Elmira on Friday, April 9th and Richmond on Saturday, April 10th. This should be a very interesting and competitive week of action between these great players who represent the their respective clubs and the United Hockey League.
