VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Thursday that Saturday's home match against defending MLS Cup champions LA Galaxy is sold out. Kickoff at BC Place is set for 7 p.m. PT - TV: TSN1, RADIO: TSN 1410, tsn.ca/radio, MOBILE: bell.ca/mobiletv, ONLINE: TSN GO.
This weekend's match is the second of three successive home games at BC Place for Whitecaps FC. The final match of their homestand is set for Wednesday, April 8 against Columbus Crew SC; the club's first Wednesday evening match of the season.Following the Columbus match, the 'Caps won't be back at BC Place until April 25 against D.C. United.
Supporters are encouraged to act now as every Whitecaps FC home game this season has sold out. Tickets for April 8 and beyond can be purchased at whitecapsfc.com/tickets.
After dropping their season opener, Whitecaps FC have now won three matches in a row - most recently, a thrilling 2-1 triumph over Portland Timbers at BC Place. They enter Saturday's contest second in MLS with nine points from their first four matches, which is a new club record in MLS.
