SPOKANE, WA â The Spokane Indians are pleased to announce that the Indians game versus the Tri-City Dust Devils on Saturday, August 7th is SOLD OUT. A standing room only, capacity crowd of over 7,300 will be on hand to watch the Indians face the Dust Devils on Fireworks Night presented by the Spokesman-Review. Following the game, fans will be treated to a fireworks spectacular above Avista Stadium, courtesy of the Spokesman-Review.
The Indians return to action on Thursday night to face the Dust Devils for a three-game series, before the Everett AquaSox make their first visit to Avista Stadium this season for a five-game series that begins on Sunday. Both series will be crucial in the Indians hunt for a second consecutive Northwest League Championship. The Dust Devils currently lead the Eastern Division by two games over the second place Indians. The AquaSox currently lead the Western Division by three-games with a 25-20 record, one game better than the Indians.
Thursday night will be Jersey Off The Back Night as Indians players will be giving fans the jersey off their backs between innings, courtesy of WestCoast Hotels and Rock 94 ½. Friday night is the ever-popular NAPA $1 Family Feast Night. All night long, fans can enjoy $1 hot dogs, Pepsi, and ice cream sandwiches courtesy of NAPA Auto Parts and Star @ 96.9 FM. Tickets are going fast for Friday night's game, but great seats are still available and can be purchased by calling the Indians at (509) 535-2922 or stopping by the Indians Box Office at Avista Stadium.
