Sand Gnats Game Suspended After Four Innings

Savannah, GA - The Sand Gnats and Lexington Legends game was suspended after four innings on Sunday due to unsafe playing conditions. Sunday's game will be resumed on Monday, June 29th 5:35 PM. After the completion of today's game, the Gnats and Legends will play a seven inning game approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the resumed game.

The Sand Gnats and Lexington will conclude their series tomorrow with the regularly scheduled game at 2:05 PM. Savannah's starter for the seven inning game will be RHP Corey Oswalt (4-3, 4.30), while the Legends will send RHP Torey Deshazier to the mound for the completion of today's game and RHP Corey Ray (1-3, 7.29) in the seven inning game. Tomorrow is Kroger Dollar Monday where $1 General Admission tickets will be available in the Savannah Morning News and online at SavannahNow.com. $1 coupons can also be found at participating Kroger locations. Hot dogs, chips, small sodas & select beers are also only $1 each.
