Visalia, CA- San Jose defeats Visalia 4-3 to take game two of the series. The 'Hide were unable to take the lead due to multiple two-run innings from the Giants.Left-handed pitcher Sean Newcomb, who is on a rehab assignment, clinched the win. Lorenzo Encarnacion, who suffered his first loss of the season, threw 5.2 innings while striking out five batters and walking two.
Alvin Guzman recorded his first two hits of the series while becoming the only Rawhide batter with a multi-hit game. The 'Hide also showed their speed with David Martin, Johan Benitez, and Alvin Guzman all recording a double.
