Sacramento Republic FC Receive Kip Colvey on Loan from MLS Affiliate San Jose Earthquakes

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Sacramento Republic FC received defender Kip Colvey on loan from the USL club's MLS affiliate, the San Jose Earthquakes.
Colvey has appeared in four matches this season for the Earthquakes, including three starts. He recorded an assist against the Portland Timbers in a 2-1 win for the Quakes on Mar. 13. Colvey was the 49th overall pick in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft out of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He will be the fourth Cal Poly player to join Republic FC this season.
Republic FC host Orange County Blues FC on Saturday, Apr. 30. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m. at Bonney Field. The match will be broadcast live on Sports 1140 KHTK. Tickets to the match are available at Ticketmaster.com.
