Ryan Reaves Returns from St. Louis

St. Louis Blues Executive Vice President and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced Sunday the club has assigned forward Ryan Reaves to the Blues' American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen.

Reaves, 23, made his NHL debut this season on Oct. 11 vs. Anaheim, registering 15 penalty minutes in the Blues' 5-1 victory over Anaheim. He also registered two penalty minutes in the Blues loss to Nashville on Oct. 14.

The 6-1, 225-pound has played one game with the Rivermen this season, Oct. 8 in the team's 4-3 loss to Manitoba. He is expected to join the team in time for Sunday's game with the Texas Stars.

The Rivermen faceoff against the Texas Stars on Sunday in the third game of their seven- game road trip at 5:00p.m. The game can be heard on 96.5 ESPN Radio in Peoria on online through www.rivermen.net.
