Langley, BC - The Victoria Royals were defeated by Vancouver 4-0 on Friday night at the Langley Events Centre in the first contest of three games in three nights between the two teams.

Opening vs. Vancouver: Since moving to Victoria, the Royals are now 5-2-0-0 in the opening contest of three games in three nights against Vancouver.

Playing the Giants: After tonight's game against Vancouver, the Victoria Royals move to 3-4-1-0 against the Giants. Of Vancouver's five losses against BC Division teams, three of those defeats have come versus the Royals.
