Royals Second Round Playoff Series Kicks Off Wednesday

Reading, PA - The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced the team's playoff schedule for the American Conference Semi-Final series against the Florida Everblades. The best-of-seven series will be played in a two-four-one format and will kick off on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 (7:05 pm) at Sovereign Center in Reading, Pennsylvania. Game Two of the series is scheduled for Sovereign Center on Thursday, April 15 (7:05 pm). The series then travels to Germain Arena in Estero, Florida for Game Three on Saturday, April 17 (7:30 pm) and Game Four on Tuesday, April 20 (7:30 pm). If necessary, the Royals and Everblades will play Games Five (Friday, April 23 @ 7:30) and Six (Saturday, April 24 @ 7:30 pm) at Germain Arena in Estero. If Game Seven is necessary, the two teams will return to the Sovereign Center in Reading on Tuesday, April 27 (7:05 pm). Individual playoff tickets for the game(s) at the Sovereign Center in Reading go on sale on Tuesday, April 13 at 10 am, and can be purchased at the Royals' office (645 Penn Street, Third Floor, Reading, PA 19601; 610-898-7825), the Sovereign Center Box Office, or on line at www.royalshockey.com.

The Royals and Florida Everblades kick off their best-of-seven American Conference Semi-Final Series on Wednesday (April 14 @ 7:05 pm) at the Sovereign Center in Reading, Pennsylvania. The Royals game night broadcast on the Royals Radio Network presented by Transmissions by Arbogast will begin at 6:35 pm.
