Royals Ready to Go Yard with Lancaster Barnstormers

Reading, PA -The Reading Royals of the ECHL, affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League and the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League, today announced that the team and its fans will join with the Lancaster Barnstormers to celebrate 'Hockey Night in Lancaster' on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at 6:30 pm when the Barnstormers face the Newark Bears at Clipper Magazine Stadium (650 North Prince Street, Lancaster, PA; 717-509-4487; www.lancasterbarnstormers.com ). A Royals' "Surprise Guest" (or Two) will throw out the first pitch, and Slapshot will be loosening up in the bullpen-and just about everywhere else for that matter-as the Royals join forces with the Barnstormers for a night of baseball action and family fun.

Royals Full Season Ticket Holders can gain free entrance into game that night by presenting the voucher that will be mailed to each Full STH by the Royals' Ticket Department. Full STHs can present that voucher with appropriate identification to the Royals' booth that will be set up at Clipper Magazine Stadium and receive one free ticket for each full season ticket under the Full STH account, i.e. if a Full STH has four full season tickets on his or her account, that Full STH would get four free tickets to the Barnstormers' game. All other Royals' fans can purchase tickets for field box seats at the Barnstormers game on September 15 for only $7.00 by logging on to http://lb1.glitnirticketing.com/lbticket/web/captcha.php?event_id121&st atus_id2 and inputting the discount code: 'royals'.
