OKLAHOMA CITY - Brad Snyder's one-out RBI double in the bottom of the sixth gave the Oklahoma City RedHawks a 1-0 victory over the Round Rock Express in Monday's Pacific Coast League series and regular-season finale. The RedHawks (78-65) won the series 3-1, handing the Express (69-75) their first series loss since lost three of four July 20-23 against Omaha.

The two-hour, two-minute game saw 10 hits between the two teams with only three extra-base hits. Round Rock did not manage a base-runner until Julio Borbon's leadoff walk in the fourth; Luis Hernandez immediately hit into a double play. Robinzon Diaz broke up the RedHawks' no-hit bid with a one-out double in the sixth, but he was stranded at second. Alberto Gonzalez had a one-out single in the eighth, and Borbon delivered a leadoff single in the ninth for Round Rock's only other hits.

Aneury Rodriguez (4-7) picked up the win in relief for Oklahoma City; he allowed two hits over three innings with one walk and one strikeout. Chuckie Fick worked the ninth for his third save. Starter Dallas Keuchel retired all nine batters he faced with one strikeout, and Sergio Perez tossed two scoreless innings with one walk.

Express starter Chad Bell (5-5) shouldered the tough-luck loss. He allowed one run on five hits with no walks and seven strikeouts over six innings. Johan Yan scattered two hits with one strikeout in two scoreless innings of relief.

Snyder had the game's only multiple-hit outing, going 3-for-4.

Round Rock's 2013 season begins Thursday, April 4, as the Express begin an eight-game home stand with a four-game series against the Omaha Storm Chasers.
