The Express (55-85) are 1-9 in their last 10 games and have lost nine straight, the longest skid of the season. The Isotopes (70-69) are 5-5 in their last 10 games after salvaging the finale against Iowa last night. Round Rock is 35-33 at home but have lost five of six. Albuquerque is 31-36 on the road and plays its first road series since dropping the final three games of a series Aug. 17-20 at Tacoma. The Express enter Friday's game fourth in the PCL American Southern Division, 17.5 games behind division-leader Oklahoma City. The Isotopes are second in the PCL American Southern Division, two games behind Oklahoma City; the RedHawks host Omaha in the season's final series.
