FRISCO, TEXAS (JUNE 15, 2015) - The Frisco RoughRiders' "Salute to Full House Night" on Friday, June 12 not only attracted the biggest crowd in the 13-year history of Dr Pepper Ballpark, but it also drew significant attention both in the DFW Metroplex and nationally to the Double-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers.

A recap of the night from Bleacher Report praised various elements from throughout the evening, especially the "hilarious parody of the show's introduction called 'Full Clubhouse.'" The video homage introducing the RoughRiders has been viewed thousands of times since it was posted to YouTube on Friday night.

Extra Mustard on SportsIllustrated.com noted that the RoughRiders "went all-out" in their efforts to pull off the unique theme night at Dr Pepper Ballpark, and USA Today featured a report on the evening's festivities on its website. The Dallas Morning News and Guide Live were on hand to document the night and catch up with Dave Coulier, who portrayed "Joey Gladstone" on the hit TV show. Prior to the promotion, Chris Creamer's SportsLogos.net previewed the night and the "spectacularly awful" jerseys that the team would be wearing.

On Twitter, "Salute to Full House Night" drew praise from Andrea Barber, a.k.a. "Kimmy Gibbler" from Full House, ESPN's sports business reporter Darren Rovell, 120 Sports and MiLB.com.

A record crowd of 11,927 fans witnessed the RoughRiders wear custom, Full House themed jerseys for their 7-3 victory against the San Antonio Missions. Coulier was in attendance to throw out the ceremonial first pitch, sign autographs and take pictures with fans throughout the night. One lucky fan won a free trip to San Francisco (where the show took place) and every fan was treated to a 90s-themed postgame fireworks show.

The RoughRiders return to the Metroplex on Sunday, June 21 to begin a four-game home stand against the Midland RockHounds. To celebrate Father's Day, the first 1,500 men (age 18 and older) to enter the gates at Dr Pepper Ballpark on Sunday will receive a free RoughRiders BBQ jersey apron and a spectacular fireworks show will follow the game. For tickets to see the future stars of the Texas Rangers at Dr Pepper Ballpark call (972) 731-9200, e-mail Info@RidersBaseball.com or visit www.RidersBaseball.com. Additional updates and promotional information are available via the RoughRiders' Facebook, Twitter and website.
