
RoughRiders, EasyBids Team Up For On Line Auctions

Cedar Rapids, Iowa- The Cedar Rapids RoughRiders and EasyBids are teaming up for on line auctions of RoughRiders memorabilia, the RoughRiders announced today.
The Riders' on line auction begins this evening at 7:00PM and can be accessed through the team's web site, www.roughridershockey.com. A RoughRider uniform jersey autographed by the members' of the Riders' 2004-05 Clark Cup championship team is among the items initially up for bid. A plethora of other memorabilia, including pucks and sticks and hard-to-find posters and photos will soon be added to the auction.
New items will go up for bid on a regular basis, so fans are encouraged to check the auction site frequently to see the latest additions.
Bids for Riders memorabilia can be made using a major credit card. Each bidding cycle runs for ten days.
EasyBids is one of the fastest growing eBay drop-off stores in the world. The Cedar Rapids EasyBids drop-off store is located at 1100 Blairs Ferry Road NE.
The RoughRiders (13-5-1, 27 points), who are currently in second place in the United States Hockey League's East Division, return to action Friday night when they visit the Lincoln Stars. The Riders next take to the ice at home the Saturday evening when they host the Omaha Lancers at 7:05.
Tickets for Saturday night's game- and all remaining RoughRider home games- can be purchased in person at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena ticket office, over the phone at (319) 261-4625 or on line at www.roughridershockey.com. The ticket office is open from noon to 5:00PM on weekdays and from noon through the end of the second period on game days. Ticket prices range from $7 to $17 including a 50-cent facility fee.
