Edmonton - Offensive lineman Simeon Rottier and his wife, Jennifer, welcomed their second child yesterday afternoon during Eskimos practice. Rushton Elijah Rottier was born at 12:46 p.m., weighing eight pounds and 13 ounces. The Eskimos family congratulates Simeon, Jennifer and big brother Townes.
