Edmonton - The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club announces the signing of import offensive lineman Tyrone Novikoff to the practice roster.
Novikoff (pronounced NO-vi-cough) started 25 consecutive games and played in 46 over his four-year career at the University of Idaho (2008-11).

The Edmonton Eskimo Football Club also announces the release of import wide receiver Isaiah Sweeney. Sweeney signed as a free agent on June 9, 2013. Before being placed on the practice roster in week four, he caught seven passes for 54 yards.
