
Rockets Fall to Calgary

The Calgary Hitmen defeated the Kelowna Rockets 2-1 on Sunday in Calgary in the final game of a four game road trip for the Rockets.
A third period goal by Calgary's Victor Rask snapped a 1-1 tie and sent the Hitmen onto victory.
Brett Bulmer scored for the Rockets, his team-leading 29th goal of the season, while Jordon Cooke got the call in net, stopping 30 of 32 shots.
Jimmy Bubnick opened the scoring for Calgary before Bulmer tied the game 1-1 before the end of the first period.
The Rockets closed out their four game road trip with a 1-2-0-1 record after a win in Edmonton, a shootout loss in Medicine Hat and a loss in Lethbridge.
Kelowna now returns home for a home and home series on the weekend with rival Kamloops. The Rockets and Blazers meet in Kamloops on Friday and in Kelowna on Saturday night.
